Some spirits burst into a room with excitement.
Elsie arrived quietly...
But she wasn't alone.
The moment I sensed her, I became aware of animals.
Not one.
Many.
A sheep brushing against her dress.
A bird perched nearby.
A curious rabbit watching from the grass.
And towering above them all...
An elephant.
The elephant surprised me.
It wasn't an animal she lived with.
It was simply the creature that completely stole her heart.
When she saw elephants, whether in pictures, stories, toys, or rare visits to exhibitions, she became absolutely enchanted. To her they represented kindness wrapped in enormous strength.
As I asked her to choose a vessel, she reached immediately for the vintage onyx elephant necklace.
She smiled.
"Of course," she seemed to say.
"It was always the elephant."
📖 Her Story
Elsie was the youngest child in a lively, loving family.
There were older brothers and sisters to watch over her, teach her games, and include her in adventures.

Elsie chose a beautiful vintage 1970s onyx elephant necklace as her vessel.
Lovingly worked within my personal ancestral rituals, this necklace carries energies of compassion, peaceful confidence, childhood wonder, intuition, animal companionship, gentle courage, and joyful curiosity.
The elephant pendant has several tiny places where stones have been lost over the years.
Interestingly...
This imperfection delighted Elsie.
Rather than seeing something incomplete, she saw a future project.
She became quite excited by the thought that one day her companion might search for tiny stones together, choosing each one carefully before lovingly placing them into the empty spaces.
To her, this wasn't damage.

this little girl is so enchanted by animals. they love her and she love them. her family may have had a farm with animals. although sheep were her favorite 'not zoo' animal, the elephant was always her most favorite. she delighted at feeding time. she was soft but expressive. she was adventurous yet still smart and cautious in her play time. her family was loving with siblings. she was the youngest. solitude in playing. playing with animal cutouts or figurines often. her vessel is an onyx elephant necklace. vintage 1970s. there are spots for stones that have fallen out, but this was part of the fun of this one for her to choose. finding and gluing in stones to fit will be something special between her and her new companion.
She feels incredibly sweet. Not shy exactly, but content in her own little world. While everyone else was running around, she was perfectly happy sitting beneath a tree talking to a lamb... or carefully arranging little animal figurines into entire imaginary families.
